Create a scholarship, pitch your SCAD story, sell your artwork. This SCAD campaign centralized around a faculty initiated scholarship. As a campaign that was circulated throughout campus and advertised within university buildings, “Create, Pitch, Sell.”, was intended to quickly catch students’ eyes and provide direction for more information on the scholarship itself. The final outcome captures a creative students mind and allows them to utilize color and shape analyses by piecing together a three piece puzzle. The toying with shapes as puzzle pieces pushes the artist based audience to think creatively and figure out the interworkings of the puzzle. Overlaps occur and eliminate sections gradually throughout each piece. Accompanying mailers share common motifs while not giving away the serenity of the poster itself. Directive information carries throughout each poster and mailer in a playful manner that enables artists to utilize their creative skills instantly.
